   - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days of the course enrollment date.


2. Service Refunds:

   - For services such as tutoring or counseling, refunds will be provided based on the unused portion of the service, prorated accordingly.

   - Requests for service refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the initial service date.


3. Digital Product Refunds:

   - Refunds for digital products such as e-books or downloadable content will be issued only if there are technical issues preventing access or if the product does not meet the description provided.


4. Refund Process:

   - To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase and a reason for the refund request.

   - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

   - Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.


5. Non-Refundable Items:

   - Certain items, such as non-transferable course materials or customized services, may not be eligible for refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances.


6. Exceptional Circumstances:

   - SpringHub Academy reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy.
