Course description

A JavaScript course for beginners typically starts with an introduction to the language, covering basic concepts such as variables, data types, operators, and control structures (like loops and conditional statements). It then progresses to more advanced topics such as functions, arrays, objects, and DOM manipulation for interacting with web pages.

The course may also cover asynchronous JavaScript, including callbacks, promises, and async/await for handling events and making HTTP requests. Additionally, it might introduce concepts like scope, closures, and the `this` keyword to help students understand JavaScript's unique features.

Practical exercises and projects are usually included to reinforce learning and demonstrate how JavaScript can be used to create interactive web applications. By the end of the course, students should have a solid foundation in JavaScript and be able to build basic web applications from scratch.
